A note on why we built Cruma

Your crew

One operator you talk to, five specialists behind it.

You talk to Cruma. Behind Cruma, five specialists own different lanes of the work. You never manage them, brief them separately, or juggle five chats; Cruma routes the work, checks it, and brings you one answer.

Cruma, the operator

The crew lead and the voice you know. Cruma understands what you asked, plans the work, hands pieces to the right specialists, verifies what comes back, remembers what matters, and composes the answer you see. When something needs you, it is Cruma that asks.

The specialists

  • Scout owns discovery and evidence: research, source gathering, and the receipts behind every claim. Scout is also the one who says “I found nothing” when there is nothing, because made-up answers are worse than empty ones.
  • Architect owns planning and structure: breaking big goals into steps, mapping what a change touches, and keeping the plan coherent when reality moves.
  • Closer owns customers and persuasion: proposals, lead follow-up, client replies, positioning, and every piece of client-facing copy.
  • Collector owns money admin: invoices, deposits, payment reminders, and the quiet leaks where cash slips through follow-up cracks.
  • Ops owns delivery: execution plans, client updates, tracking what was promised, and the follow-through that keeps customers.
One request, four hands

"Revise the gala plan for 310 guests and prepare the client update." Scout gathers the current facts from your email, files, and books. Architect maps what the change touches. Ops updates the run of show. Closer drafts the client email. Cruma checks it all against the sources and brings you the result, with the working plan visible the whole way: what is done, what is in motion, what is next.

What you see while they work

A quiet line, not a control room: “Cruma and 3 specialists working”, with details one tap away. Each specialist signs the work it did, so in the record you always know who drafted, who checked, and who asked for your ok.

Next: Trust and approvals, the rules that make it safe to let a crew work.

The work moves
while you sleep.

Point Cruma at the business. It works across the tools you already use and speaks up before you ask. Your mornings can start somewhere else.

  • Works across the tools you already use
  • Advises, unasked, with its sources
  • Nothing consequential without you
