Billing
Plain math, no surprises, and your data is never leverage.
Billing is designed to be boring: predictable plans, transparent usage, and no surprise where your data is concerned.
Plans and credits
Subscription plans include monthly workspace credits. One credit is one cent of rated usage value, so the math never needs a translator. Included credits are granted when your invoice is paid, and paid credits stay usable until spent.
Overage
By default, Cruma asks before spending past what your plan includes. If you would rather set a different policy for your workspace, that is a setting, not a negotiation.
When a payment fails
A failed payment pauses new crew work. It never touches your data. Your workspace, its history, and everything the crew produced stay intact while billing sorts itself out.
Cancellation
If you cancel, paid credits remain usable until spent, and your workspace data is retained for export or for coming back. Nothing is auto-deleted the moment you leave.
Trials
Trials are time- and credit-capped, and self-serve tiers do not require a card to start.
The fine print, findable
The binding versions of all of this live in the Terms of Service, with your data covered by the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Addendum, and the published subprocessor list. Card details are held by Stripe; Cruma stores your plan and credit ledger, never your card.
