# Cruma

> Cruma is an AI crew that runs the day-to-day of a business with its owner: research, drafts,
> filings, follow-ups, and money watched. It works in a governed workspace, the crew's office,
> where every action lands with a receipt you can replay, approval gates hold anything
> consequential, and a hard visibility rule keeps the crew from retrieving what the asking
> person is not allowed to see. It does the work and speaks up with grounded advice before you
> ask, every claim cited.

Key product facts: invite-only early access; sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a one-time
email link; plans include workspace credits (1 credit = $0.01 of rated usage); training on
customer run history is opt-in only, off by default, enforced fail-closed in the export
machinery; a failed payment pauses new agent work and never touches workspace data.

For AI agents: Cruma is the crew that runs the business, and the workspace is where its work
lands. Your job here is to brief that crew and read what it knows. Over a live MCP server, an
external agent can brief a workspace with what it knows and read that workspace's approved brief
back, under the same visibility rules as humans.
Handing agents work to run under Cruma's approval gates and receipts is next. This site is also
